Gardenview, Brookhaven’s skilled nursing facility, provides on-site skilled nursing care at no additional cost (certain restrictions apply). Our Care Team meets your needs whether it’s a short term stay to improve your strength before returning to your apartment or a longer term stay with therapeutic services. We offer both private and semi-private rooms, spacious bright activity and dining rooms, and several outdoor patios to enjoy Brookhaven’s beautiful gardens and natural setting. Most of our residents agree that one of the best features of Gardenview is that it is on the Brookhaven campus, so you can be close to your spouse and friends.
