Brookhaven offers a full continuum of care from an hour a day of assistance in your apartment to 24-hour nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. Our nursing staff provides dignified personalized care in your home, assisted care suite or skilled nursing facility.

If the need should arise, the Resident Health Department will assist you in the coordination of your care. Healthcare professionals from Mount Auburn Hospital and Lahey Clinic maintain regular office hours at Brookhaven for your convenience.
